Yvonnes Vegan Kitchen is a collection of recipes that celebrates plant-based and gluten-free whole foods. Chef Yvonne Ardestani develops healthy alternatives to the normally not-so-healthy foods, and converts recipes into vegan and gluten-free recipes using techniques learned in culinary school and in professional restaurants. All of her recipes are vegan, white sugar-, gluten-, soy- and dairy-free, and, best of all, devoid of refined ingredients. Chef Yvonne is a classically trained French chef, former restaurant cook under Chefs Suzanne Goin and Breanne Varela, and now a wellness chef. Yvonne’s family, friends, and subscribers are convinced that eating this way reaps numerous health benefits and that it is absolutely possible to eat deliciously vegan! Yvonne is very passionate about and dedicated to promoting a healthier lifestyle, nutrition, helping the environment, and protecting animals from cruelty while still eating deliciously.

I highly recommend downloading this app! the food is fantastic and its so easy to use! Ive absolutely loved every dish Ive created so far and it has helped me consistently eat healthy new dishes. Looking forward to the updates.

I am new to plant based veganism, but I love it. I could not have done made it this far without the help of Yvonne and the My Eclectic Kitchen app. Yvonnes recipes are amazing, and easy for beginners, both non-vegan and vegan alike! My favourites are the vanilla berry cream cake, chocolate chia pudding, mean green smoothie, yellow curry, and the asparagus soup. Thank you for all of the work that youve put into developing the recipes for this app, Yvonne!!
You could use this app for every meal of your day, for dinner parties and even if you want a guilt free midnight snack. The other night I was having a gooey sweet chocolate craving. Instead of a main stream chocolate bar or store bought cookie full of GMOs, I found the perfect treat on this app! Today I made my hubby and myself a filling green smoothie for lunch and her massaged kale salads and granola are now staples in my house! Kids love it! Thanks for such an amazing app!
I recently bought this app after having a recommendation on Instagram and I must say I have done the right time. There are currently 158 recipes. Though I have not tried all of them (of course) yet but I am confident that all must be excellent based on my experience with 2-3 items so far. If you are vegan and gluten free, you will love the posted recipes. So if anyone ask me "should I buy the app", my answer is just one word i.e. "YES".

Some bad moments

Recipes are very unhealthy. Theres no point beijg good to animals and ruin your own body. Very disappointing, waste of money.
It helps to know that there are great resources for vegans out there.

I never knew vegan food could be healthy and delicious and satisfying at the same time until I tasted these recipes. I have many favorites, including the cilantro lime kale salad, potstickers, veggie tikka masala, kelp noodles with Asian peanut sauce, fudgy brownies, persimmon pudding cake, berry dream cake, thin mint cookies, and chocolate cake, which are all amazing!!! Yum, yum, yum!! I highly recommend this app!!
I love so many of the recipes in the app because not only are they so yummy, but contain all wholesome ingredients. You can tell Yvonne takes the time to craft healthy versions of foods we all love & wants them to be as nutritious as possible. Although the app has vegan & GF recipes, I recommend it to anyone who is looking to eat healthier or already does! The app is beautifully designed and so easy to navigate. Plus Yvonne is constantly updating the app with her new recipes! Overall, its a tiny investment for a healthier & yummier lifestyle!
Im a bikini competitor and sometime I feel guilty about having desserts but this has helped me to maintain without sacrificing too much :)
